Warm ups are an essential part of tuning students into a maths lesson and can provide direction and structure to a pre-set task. Finding the right ones can be difficult so in this interactive workshop we will look at warm ups and rich maths activities that will add dimension to any maths lesson and get students engaged and motivated to learn.

Each one will be linked to an Australian Curriculum: Mathematics, content strand and we will look at how they can be differentiated and interleaved to cover various content descriptors.

Wear your Fitbits for this one ladies and gentlemen.
