About the Presenter:

Leticia Delmenico is a knowledgeable Learning Diversity specialist with many years’ experience in the Learning Diversity Department of a prominent Independent Secondary School in Victoria. Leticia is a skillful trainer and consults to schools supporting educators across the Learning Diversity function encompassing differentiated teaching, organizational management and efficiencies, processes and NCCD.

Prior to working in the education sector, Leticia has worked as a Director of Human Resources with a focus on adult education, workplace training, and risk management, with qualifications in applied science, human resources and workplace training and assessment.
