One of the hottest topics today which is affecting all schools in Australia is the change to the funding model to the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) for students with disabilities. Schools need to have a clear understanding of the how the new funding model works and how they can successfully navigate the associated processes which have a school- wide impact. About the Presenter

Leticia Delmenico is an NCCD specialist of a Learning Diversity Department at a Secondary School. Leticia has a wealth of experience of implementing the NCCD process and many other associated processes, as well as assisting other schools with working their way through the NCCD requirements, including presenting at school PD seminars. Leticia can share the trials and errors that schools have experienced and the most useful systems and processes for any school on any budget. Prior to working in the education sector, Leticia has worked as a Director of Human Resources with a focus on adult education, workplace training, and risk management, with qualifications in applied science, human resources and, workplace training and assessment.
